The Lettie Skirt's design utilizes zero-waste pattern-cutting techniques and features interlocking pattern pieces that come together to create a whole.     Emily is wearing Size H throughout the product photos. Her measurements are 36"/34"/42" at 5'4" tall. The sample is made from handloom cotton from Loom and Stars.

  • Interfacing:

    • 1 1/2”(3.8cm) wide non-roll, non-fusible waistband interfacing, such as Ban-rol or other mono-filament waistband stabilizer – Cut to measure (approximately half of your waist circumference plus 4"(10.2cm)). See notes for substitution option.

    Elastic:

    • 1 1/2”(3.8cm) wide non-roll elastic – Cut to measure (approximately half of your waist circumference minus 1"(2.5cm)).

    Buttons:

    • (5) - 1/2”(12mm) or (19L/20L) for integrated button placket

    • (1) - 3/4”-1”(19-25mm) or (29L/30L-40L) for button loop on waistband OR one additional concealed waistband closure if eliminating button loop on waistband (see notes).

  • The pattern layouts are provided in three formats:

    • Dimensioned pattern layouts to draft directly to the fabric

    • Projector files

    Along with the pattern layouts, the digital PDF sewing pattern also includes a fully illustrated instruction booklet, printing instructions, and drafting instructions. After purchase, you will receive an email with your downloadable files. These files must be opened and downloaded/saved on a desktop or laptop computer.
